It's the mission of Dr. Gilbert Principe and his dedicated staff to provide personalized quality orthodontic care for patients of all ages.

We're a very caring practice, we pay personal attention to each and every patient. I have a team that is enthusiastic about what they do.

Dr. Principe's practice offers the latest orthodontic technology, including the INVISALIGN technique, which utilizes customized-computer designed clear, removable aligners that fit over teeth. These nearly invisible aligners are typically worn for 12 to 18 months, allowing older teens and adults to correct their bites discreetly and effectively without the need for conventional braces.

A Florida State University graduate, Dr. Principe earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville Dental School in Kentucky. He received his specialty training in orthodontics at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

As lieutenant commander in the United States Navy, Dr. Principe served as Head of Orthodontics at Yokosuka Naval Hospital in Japan.

During his more than 25 years in private practice, Dr. Principe has been actively involved in professional and community organizations. He has served as president of the Florida State Central District Dental Association, the Lake County Dental Society and the Easter Seal Society. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Florida Association of Orthodontists, and the Southern Association of Orthodontists.
